2015 Super jet won't run on reserve?

So I have a 2015 super jet with about 20 days of riding a full tank each day.
I usually ride till I need to put on reserve then ride for another 15 minutes.

Last time I rode I pushed it and ran out of gas not far from the launch, had to swim.

So today I rode a full tank then it needed to be put on reserve. then it wouldn't run at all not even start for a while?
I finally got it to start but once you punch it it would die? then I could get it to start but only idle speed.
So once I got home I added a gallon of gas and it fired right up and would run on reserve?

I'm thinking the last time when I ran it out on reserve it lost the prime or was just so bone dry I couldn't get it flowing.
Not sure anyone run into this before?

Pull the pick-up tube out and check the the reserve line, it'll be the one with the black tubing clamped to the aluminum pick-up tube.

what might be clogged?

Thanks they are marked on my ski ,I didn't think of pulling them.
