I'm thinking of trying a water adjustment screw on the top of the head pipe ! Its already ported for a 701 so what the heck !! Any input on this idea ? Will it help ? I cant see it hurting.. They look very close to a factory pipes head pipe anyways..

1. Ported and opened up manifold from 6m6 to 61x..
2. Opened up head pipe to manifold hole to bigger gasket (46mm?)
3. Added adjusting screw on top.

I might be beating a dead donkey... But I just cant afford a FPP right now or anytime soon.. Its just going to be hard to compare it to anything.. It will be on a big bore (I never ran).. I guess if it feels good I will just leave it..
Even with a "B" pipe when you get it perfect with restrictors, screws set, flow valves, etc.. the result is crisp, clean power.. So just thinking about that says.. Oh ! Now it works like it should.. lol

I could be wrong but doesn't that have a small hole behind the straight bung on the side where the hose is? if it does have a hole drilled there you won't be able to tune it as it already has too much water already. may need to block that off. if its there.

I really have no clue.. I guess i should have pulled it off before doing this and really checking out it's design.. but I'm thinking if its gets too much water and doesn't do anything or makes the bottom worse I will just keep it closed and tell people trick huh ? lol
