Super Jet 1996 superjet

I have recently purchased a 1996 SJ, is in nice condition, the engine has had a full rebuild. Is coming with a double trailer,
There is a few pictures, I am pretty much just wondering what mods I should start doing first, also exhaust wise, what is the best cheapest exhaust you can get? I have money but I'm not looking to spend a grand on an exhaust.

Yup...that is a great thread, you will see the best gains in a new prop and deep scoop grate first.
