Getting back into standups and got a little project going on.
I'm taking my lightly modded freestyle ski i picked up this summer and giving it a makeover. I don't really like the whole Krazy White Boyz thing...
Sorry I didn't take much pics, my camera has been acting up and doesn't want to focus and has been taking some really blurry photos lately, and really wasn't thinking about posting it but, mind as well!
Took engine apart, glass bead blasted engine and did main parts gloss black and grabber green accents for the engine. Still have to strip carbs and paint them green.
Still have to disassemble the ski, prep and sand it.
Planning on painting the engine bay the same gloss black, and then the top deck sublime green and maybe doing my own decals as I have a vinyl cutter. Still debating what color i want to do the bottom deck and handle pole. Having some samples of hydroturf coming so i can match how the hydroturf lime green and the hull sumblime green go together.Then might go lime green on black diamond, or black on lime green diamond. If none match how i assumed, ill just go with plain old black diamond cut.
This may take a while, so just kinda posting as i go along. when I have time to work on it!
