im not sure a 12/18 could be repitched down that low. i recently bought a 148mm krash pump and the impeller it came with was a 12/17. i was able to get it to 10/15 was about all i could get out of it. impros could possibly do more but once you get past the root angle then you start dealing with wear ring clearance issues

Thanks but with California being shut down I want to avoid Impros if possible.
