Super Jet 148 maxx pump- shaft and bearings

I have a 148 coming to me from Maxxx555 and I opted to not get the driveshaft with it. I heard bad things about the harness of the metal. What shaft works? I know in one of his threads he said the 08+ shaft will not work. What did you guys run? Are there any special modifications to the pump shoe or reduction nozzle that need to be made to run it?

you can get a blaster 2 driveshaft (same lenght ) and just have the back end machined to work.

or contact JM for a complete set up

I got max pump without driveshaft for same reason , and went with jet maniac driveshaft . Nice looking piece . Cant wait to get it together .
