1200 and broken flywheel

so what can cause this..

flywheels outer rim just popped out.. engine is 1200 xscream & atp total loss..

jetski is build over winter and it had first short lake test and it run bad.. rear cylinder got too much gasoline (bad NV i think) after that there was some starting in carage and then this wheel pops off?
timing should be spot on and Flywheel is not very old..

any ideas

Possibly a backfire on startup.

This problem is in my friends ski so i am helping him. He dont speak english...No i dont have pics..
it was probably backfire when starting..
Wflywheel is now fixed and he did contact atp for it and everything is ok for now.
I think atp flame tl just has too much advance when starting this beast engine

Problem solved.. little mind bug with total los timing setup.. with atp it should be 40.. but with atp you got 2sparks in one full cycle. So my friend set timing wrong he did it so that there was 40 static on that last magnet.. not the first on. So too much advance this time.
