Blaster 1100 Fuel Issue

Got a WB2 that I dropped a yamaha 1100 motor in. Left it last weekend and it was running fine. Go to start it yesterday and the fuel pump is not pumping fuel. I replaced the remote pump when I did the conversion last year. If I pour gas down the carbs it starts right up.

So I checked the pulse line and if I crank the engine over, I can hold my finger over the pulse fitting and stop the pulse. Does that sound too weak? Is that a sign that my reeds are bad? I took the manifold off and the reeds don't look bad but I am not an expert with reeds. I can blow in and out in the pulse line of the pump and it pumps gas really well so it seems my pulse may be too weak. Can anyone confirm the reeds may be the problem? They are the stock reeds from 1995.

Thanks

Well, my sticking needle and seat problem has gotten worse. Now, all (3) N&S's stick when the ski is left sitting overnight. These were brand new genuine mikuni N&S replaced this year. It looks like the aluminum needle is fusing to the wall of the seat. Anyone experience this? I am going to try and wet sand the needle a little and see if that helps. Just want to see if anyone has any other fixes or causes. I can't find much with a google search.

The rubber tip did not swell. It looks fine. There are small corrosion marks on the seat wall and needle fins like they fused together slightly. I had to use needle nose pliers to get the needle out. That is how stuck they get.
