110 leaded Race Gas at the pump, near Allatoona!

Just remembered,
For those of you who are just crazy enough to run higher than pump gas...There is a shell station just up interstate 575 that sells Sunoco 110 race fuel at the pump for really cheap. Last time I was there, about 4 months ago I was only paying 5.25 a gallon. :woot: I'll get directions and more information this weekend.

what exit on 575? the phillips 66 on 41 never has vp in stock.

nature, I'll have to get back to you on that, but it is a very nice gas station, I would not have thought they would have something like that but I think every gas station should though!

But where on 41? I think I know that Phillips 66 that your talking about and they don't sell race fuel anymore since the Dallas drag strip was closed down. I live maybe 10 minutes from that Phillips.

I got some sunoco 110 the other day $5.59 a gall. Its for the dirt bike, so i put it in the now 1 pull, leaf blower!

I thought you could only get it when they are racing? Where is this shell? I think the phillips 66 still sells it but only buys a 55 drum at a time and not very often. So needless to say its like the lottery on when they have it.

WOW I thought the 114 torco I get from the race shop for $5 a gallon was too expensive for me to run this summer BUT I might have to stock up on that stuff.

This is just an idea for people that need gas during the ride...or don't want to carry a 55 gallon drum with them to Allatoona
