dont leave the green glue on the top of the pump area, scrape that all off and get your tray height as low as possible

how is that accurate? Did you fill the balls with helium?

My conversion was 85 with a lightweight top, 1/4 of a bulkhead, no foam, no reinforcement. My old roundnose was 120 with turf and bumper.

No disrespect, but there is no way that number is accurate. Was it a joke?

I see that now, that sounds right for a full aftermarket hull then.

I seriously need to defoam my Wamilton's hull. This ping-pong ball and 2 liter coke bottle idea interests me. I guess you needed the wood to hold the ping pong balls down when you poured the foam in because they tried to float up to the top?

How thin is the foam at first, does it flow easily between the ping pong balls?

08 hull fuuuuullly reinforced all the way around with Razr hood and -4 x metal pole and I will turf
I'm going to pick it up on friday from the body shop
