ive heard you can get a brand new one for 5500 out the door, which would be cheaper than that one after tax...

I paid 6500 for mine new so that does not sound too bad. You could spend a whole lot less for an older one with mods but depends on what you plan on doing. There are plenty of people here who could steer you in the right direction.

I would try to get it for $4500 and plan on going up a 2 - 300 to seal the deal. It's always good to have some wiggle room.

Let us know what you think of the 08 since most of us have pre 08's

right, it was $5300 but I have gotten them to drop the $300 already, now going to work on the other $500.

hey Puck, keep in mind with the 08 it has a more aggressive hull design, if you want to do alot of freestyle, slides and such this hull does not break loose real well, it sticks to the water, if you want to just rip it up and carve turns then it is a great design.

96-07 hulls are a looser design. You can throw them around a whole lot more.

talked to the seller today on the phone.....ski seems like a good deal to get me in the game. Bought new last March for $6900, one saltwater run when it was new, then just freshwater. Only has 6 to 7 hours on the ski, last time in the water was July 3rd. All adult driven time.

So he is pretty firm on the price, as I supposed I would be also. So basically a brand new ski, for a somewhat used price.

Going to look at it tomorrow.....wish me luck.
