Update # 4
Pancake, Joe ( Flashsj ), and Paul help out with all the bolt on parts ! TBM Flywheel Msd Enhancer, Ada Head and girdle kit, and Skat Prop 12-17 freeride.
Last 2 weeks I spent dropping the motor in and making sure everything was as neat and bullet proof as possible. Loctite and belray waterproof grease throughout the entire boat!!
- Ran all the factory wires in orange and black wire loom down the right side of the boat.
- In efforts to keep the bilge wiring alive as long as possible I sealed the entire run of wire from the pump to the battery with adhesive lined shrink wrap.
- Ran all new orange fuel lines with nylon double row locking teeth clamps. No more cheap rusted out cheap stainless hose clamps. All of the water lines were secured with oeitker clamps 100% stainless also.
- Installed the Factory Pipe B-pipe ltd and plumbed in the Jet-works Valve supplied by Jet-world ( Dan Fitzgerald )
- Installed the 08 Worx Intake grate
- Installed Custom aluminum Battery box and mini 7 lb battery fab'd by Joe (Flashsj) Indestructible and moves the battery 1" toward the center of the boat
- Removed the stock carb adjustment screw plugs and trimmed down the bosses for the t handle screws supplied by John Daddy @ Blowsion
I decided to go with the entire RRP pole setup from Brian @ Thrust Innovations. Awesome seller and killer prices. The quality of the RRP parts esp in the steering system easily justify's the price.
Installed the RRP pole, Double breather bracket, stock pole spring, carbon RRP chin pad, steering system, riser bars and bar pad, What an awesome setup.
Next up was the Blowsion JK hood kit. I did not use the Blowsion bracket just the nose pc and the hood and billet latch. Hood is def 7-10 lbs lighter than stock and gives the boat that jersey bling!!!
Just wanna give a quick shout to everyone who helped with this build and supplied parts.
- PancakePete awesome rider, foothold maker, turfer etc etc. the list goes on and on, killer friend and will give you the shirt off his back to help you out.
- Joe Kelly ( NJFL ) For tips. advice, and guidance on and off the water.
- Joe S ( Flashsj ) for all the help with the motor and loaning of prop tools.
Paul for making the elect box look tight!
- Andy and Tim Mosner for letting me make a mess of their shop spraying that Blowsion hood and nose. Came out sweet though!!!

- Jet-World for MSD, ADA head and girdle kit, B-pipe, Vforce 3 reed valves, TBM fly,
- Thrust Innovations for Complete RRP setup soup to nuts. X-metal throttle, and bilge switch
So far I have 3 tanks of fuel through this new setup and I absolutely love it! The motor has a ton of pop for a stock cylinder/bore with just bolt on's FlashSJ rode it friday night and I think he would agree!!!
Totally stoked! Pete , Joe lets hit the surf friday night!

Here are some more pics of the O/s of the boat and the RRP setup.
Forgot to mention that I kept a trick up my sleeve, still have not installed the V-force 3 reed valves nor the race gas domes that are sitting on my toolbox, cant wait to see what those bring.
