SX/SXi/SXi Pro 01 SXI motor color

I just bought a used 01 SXI. Was told there was no modding done to it and it was original motor. The hull is banged and some stress wear. My question is my motor is silver not green or teal. It doesnt look like it was wrenched at. How can I tell if this is a remanufactured motor?
Ever have a ski you bought you feel great about? Then there is this one, I think this is going to be a money hungry whore. Snapped the pole over the wknd. I need one if anyone has one.

My 01 PRO Has a Silver motor also and the ski was immaculate and motor looked completely untouched when I got it. The exhaust is all matching silver, Seen a couple pictures of silver motors in 01's. Everyone says they should be Green but im unsure... Any one have any ideas?
