Well long story short, a friend was on the ski and was trying to sub it by riding in a tight circle under WOT for aorund 30-40 seconds. turns out he was partially successful. got enough of it underwater to submerge the port air intake in the hood. slowly got water in it, and it hydrolocked. BAM

Well, i've gone down the FULL REBUILD PATH. dropped of the cylinders today. getting them bored to 82.50mm. new pistons, new crank/rod assembly, Head is getting .040 milled off. Hopefully it'll run a lil "HOTTER" with more compression.
