I have one, taking a bit to get the handling down but by far the fastest out of the box racer you can buy. Some very simple mods and I'm in the 65mph club and climbing. Its big, its heavy yeah, but I love it. Love my SXR 800 too, and the SJ as well. They all have a place.

Seems like this is problem mainly on "freestyle" craft. I have had no issues with race craft. Great weight savings, but not taking on tons of water, super high compression etc. I would imagine a few good "flat" landings after a backflip could break lots of stuff. Good info though, thanks...I'm...

I'm curious as to who the "guru" is, and who the seller of the ski is...I want to avoid the seller for sure. 5 hrs from "the lake" may be in my area. Hope you got the SXR for a song, then it won't hurt as much. I have a bunch of "schmity" 800 stuff coming up for sale soon if any interest PM me.

I was kidding about the fix....that engine was a total loss except for the crank core and was not in an SXR. Still working on getting the DI to work correctly in a SXR. Problem is the EMM. No way on our end to re-map it for the way I want it to run. Future plans as time goes on, maybe. :biggrin:

BTW I have a bunch of DI parts if anyone is looking....just an fyi, PM me if you need anything EMM is gone, Sold. Hope its cool to post that info here.

Most of the events were in Rome Wis. The Lure Restaurant and Bar. Hope we have a 2014 season. Need fresh blood for next year!

Really all depends on what you want out of your SJ. PM me if you want. I know all the people mentioned, and I also have national / state, and world titles over 25 years in the industry. I do specialty builds over the winter months and I'm pretty local to you. Just an option. All the builders...

No, I just refuse to work on junk anymore. I'm not doing 10hrs of work to get paid for 2. The stories I could tell......I save PWC work for the winter and offer customers free storage etc to continue PWC work. Much better on the mind and body.
