No way its new, looks like it has chatter marks on the mag bearing and look at the taper on the nose...It had a flywheel on it. Oh, and then there is the fact that it looks like a total piece of crap. Chk this link...this guy is a favorite on PWC today...

3M adhesive remover white and red can.....have to let it goooo it up, and scrape it off, works for me, also is awesome on decal goo without screwing up paint.

Could be a leaky needle and seat in the carb allowing fuel into the exhaust?...it pulls all the oil from the exhaust system because its being slammed with raw, unburned fuel. You see all the colors of the rainbow too? Is it hard starting? Do a compression test?
