1/2" PVC sheet for bench tops?

I would definitely use UHMWU if I was really working on the bench like you do. Since my small bench is just a regular old cheap bench with a particle board top, the resin works well. Gives it some minor strength, doesn't soak in any fluids and is easy to keep clean.

1/2" PVC sheet for bench tops?

On my regular bench with the particle board top, I just resin it with the cheap home depot poly resin. Put 2 - 3 coats on it and it lasts a long time. When it starts getting scratched up and ugly looking, a quick sanding and another coat of resin makes it look good again.

    Custom/Hybrid T1 by TOBY

I never got around to doing a thread on my build. Took like 300 pics and never did anything with them.

Yep. Love it. Rode awesome at OSide and Pismo. Felt comfortable on it right away. Great on flatwater too. Just need to get back in shape and ride more to really start riding it to its potential. Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-G930A using Tapatalk

    Plexus

I filled the insert with red modeling clay to keep the epoxy from getting into the threads (Thanks to TOBY for that idea). Then after I laid the CF over it and everything cured, I used a countersink bit to drill through the CF putting VERY little pressure on the drill. It centered itself in...

Super Jet pics? rrp pole on a square nose

I've got an XMetal non-adjustable -5 on my SN with a XMetal bracket. No hacking necessary. Move the hood hooks to the outside of the bracket and then move the hood hooks out to match. I didn't use the standard backing plate though. I bought a piece of 1/8" aluminum and made a larger backing...

Exactly what I do. I've been doing this in my truck for 12 years. 190K miles and no issues.

    Plexus

I am using West Systems Six10 for all my inserts and to bond my new hull together. Amazing price, less than $25 a tube, super easy to use (standard caulking gun to dispense) and it's really easy to work with. Smooths out really nice when bonding and works great for the inserts. When I did my...

    Waveblaster cables, C.A.T.S cable(s) & Throttle cable 1100 swap

For the trim on my SuperJet and T1, I use a cable from TerryCable in California. Phone:(800) 854-4691 The specific cable is: SP435 - Trim Nozzle (11 ft.) I want to say it was something like $79 for it, don't remember for sure. I'll take a pic of the new one I have. I've been using their...

Super Jet Pancake Pete front hold question

My opinion would be that you cut out the stupid square bulge at the front of the tray and glass it back in flat. I have one of these on my SN and with that bulge, it doesn't give you much room for your foot. On the "new" SN I'm building, that was one of the first things I did. I cut the bulge...
