I'm running a similar setup in a B1 I built last fall. I finally took it for a ride last week. It is running just fine with the stock jetting. This 760 came out of a Raider. It has a B pipe, MSD CDI, and an ADA Girdled head. Granted I only have one ride on the ski but so far it feels pretty good...

Wish I could but I have a second B1 I am still building, just need an exhaust manifold to complete my second B1 with dual 38mm carbs, 61X cylinder, 62T cases, ADA head, and MSD CDI to see how it does against the 760, 44mm carb setup on the second B1. loosen up the bar mounts and fold the bars down to see if your cover will work. It may be cheaper to simply lower your bars for storage Joe.............

I know what I would do. Rip that engine apart, clean everything up, do a fresh bore, new pistons, new crank seals, new gaskets, and slap it in your B1 hull. Joe......

For those that want to use a 61X Factory B pipe or any other 61X exhaust on a 760 (64U) or 701 (62T) cylinder Time Sert is the ticket. The 62T or 64U cylinders use 10mm x 1.25 thread bolts. The 61X uses 8mm x 1.25 bolts so the exhaust manifold holes are smaller on the 61X. The 8mm 1.25 time...
