I left the flywheel on and used an air die grinder to remove the lump. Stuffed some damp paper towels around the case to catch the particles. No issues and seems to run fine. But, I haven't run it long term to see if there are any issues
**Update** talked to Jeff at wdk. Said another guy (original owner of the hull) built the hull in his shop and didn’t put that mount pad in the correct spot. He made a custom mount for the 927 that was in it and recommended I do the same thing for my 62T.
Currently building a Rip and have hit a snag. I’m installing a 62t based engine in the hull that originally had Jeff’s 927 66e. All but one of the engine mounts line up perfectly except for the front on the exhaust side. It’s about 1” off. Running couch mounts. I tried loosening all the bolts to...
that's awesome!! I'm definitely going to look into making one of those. I figure if I suck up some trash in a pump id just dump the ski then move the rack?
edit: wonder if this could be made from 2" sch 40 or school 80 pvc?
following this. I've got a 230sx and have been trying to come up with a solution as well. I thought about building an aluminum stand that attaches where the table stand tube does.
Got a set of carbs and a cf ebox bracket from Jeff. Everything is minty fresh and was packed perfectly! @Jetfiend thanks again brother! Honest seller would not hesistate to do business with again.

In the same situation looking for adapters to fit stock box(es) on 48mm carbs. I emailed freeriderz inc today and was told the Fibox system is currently on a manufacturing hold.
Wax I pulled this ignition out of a b2 I bought just for parts. The DASA is new to me as well... it had a 61x ignition when I got it but I never ran it.
Yes to all three questions. I did exactly as you are wanting to do with no issues and no carb tuning. I even ground the lump off the flywheel with it still in the ski. Now the system is on a 950 Dasa going in a RIP.
