I did the modification in the ski on a wb2. Just used a small angle air grinder and it worked great. Compressed air afterwards to clean out the dust.

I installed mine in a bone stock b2 just to see the reliability of the zeel. I ran it direct to power inside the box with no fuse. Its been about 2 months or so with battery still connected and ski still starts right up with no problem at all. Battery is starting to get weak but it was that way...

update on cdi install: b2 ran perfectly all day on Labor Day with the zeeltronic.. little more snap off the bottom and definitely more power in the mid range on an otherwise totally stock b2. I just hardwired the cdi and left battery connected for a few days out of curiosity to see how badly it...

I’ve left both of my SJs and Yamaha sx230 boat in the water for a week at smith lake in Alabama with zero issues. Just make sure to vent the skis before you start.

I used an air angle grinder and left the flywheel installed. Redneck but I had to see if it worked! Oil pump installed too just not hooked up

I thought about new plugs but I’ve never seen spark so blue and bright lol caught me off guard

I got finished with it and had to sit for a second and go back through it... I thought nothing is this easy on a ski!

Just got my zeeltronic cdi installed on an old wb2 I bought for parts.. stupid easy install and the spark is bright,blue, and consistent! All stock otherwise but revs noticeably faster. Currently still running charging setup but I’ve got another flywheel to lighten so I’ll have the best of both...

What did you find out? I’ve still got to find the time to pull this flywheel off and put the new on. Inquiring minds need to know!

Well dang I just got my zeeltronic setup in the mail this week. Oh well I’ll get another one if it’s that much better! Can’t beat the price!!
