You may want to add a spray bar. Small displacement motors respond really well to a little water injection with PFP setup's.

I’ve had water saturated grease on top of the temp sensor , under the rubber boot where the 2 little pieces of heat shrink are, trigger it. Seemed to happen once a season, easily solved by cleaning and regreasing with fresh dielectric . Another possibility, this is the birds nest my buddy gets...

For UV protection , not so much for keeping it dry, I use a white ”fitted”, the kind with elastic, twin bed sheet, WalMart, 5 dollars….if you’re worried about keeping it dry get the one for bed wetters.
