Could this be a fuel pump issue ? I'm 2 full turns out on a 80 low speed jet which would seam very rich to me

I did it after I changed the flame arrestors cause it seamed to be lean at the time ! I'm thinking the pop off is to low with that jet being that big ! What do you think ?
