Hey guys, I happen to get in a really nice ORIGINAL ONE OWNER squarenose that needed a little work. I swapped out the stock aluminum impeller and saw these markings under the tray. At the rear mounting holes are 1.1 and 1.4...........turns out that's exactly how thick the shims were back there...

This is a brand new poly/plastic Rhaas ride plate for a 750 pump conversion. WILL NOT work with stock 550 pump. $150 shipped.

There is a similar thread on another forum that I'm on and it's neat just to see pics or read about what everybody worked on! Today I had the joy of removing the pump, ride plate, intake grate, shoe, and pump support plate from a Seadoo GSX rfi, so I could clean it all up and reseal everything...

Last year my swapped '86 550 hull started taking on water. I found the rail splitting from the rear corners up to about the front of the tray. Apparently, this is a relatively common issue on the '86 hull. Here you can plainly see the seperation.

Quick and easy method to straighten out a bent driveshaft. You'll need a set of V-blocks, a dial indicator with holding fixture, and a press. Does anybody have any info or pics of those? I owned and did a partial restore on "Trident" picklefork sit down years ago. I saw one picture of their stand up "Typhoon". I remember it looking a lot like the Hydro Ski. I thought maybe some of you older guys might know something.
