So I figured out that either the stop switch is bad or the lanyard switch is bad on my ski. I was getting intermittent spark and was going through everything. I get spark when I unplug the stop switch. Is there a way to figure out which switch is bad. I have extra switches that I can swap in.

So I am in the process of getting the fx1 all finished up and after i hooked up my ebox I'm having problems. The stop and start button have switched roles. I hooked everything up right per an online owners manual that had the wiring diagram for a 61x.

So I am in the midst of installing my tom21 wide fx1 tray and you have to trim the bulkhead to make it fit. I did a little too much trimming. How do I fix this? Cabosil resin and microballons? Lay up some biax or chop strand? Plexus? It is like that on both sides. 1/4 inch maybe 3/8

I just defoamed my tray and am in the process of putting the 140 pump into my fx1. I need to order some glass/carbon and wondering how many yards I am going to need to do the tray and have some left over to reinforce the pump area. I will be ordering from us composites.
