    Super Jet quick question

    Dont use red loctite. You can use JB weld. After drilling just coat the fitting with JB weld and slide it in. Then with a toothpick or something, I like to build up a tiny bit around the fitting. Let dry overnight.

    300/440/550 Exhaust Gasket in a pinch

    Have a pic of where the gasket goes? Sounds like you need the head pipe gasket.. Post a pic if you can. You could make one out of gasekt material and rtv it up. That should hold for awhile. If you have a pic, i prolly have that gasket.

    You can run it on a bench/ground like that no problem. It will wanna move/vibrate around a bit, but you can hold it down to test. It will be really loud if you dont put a pipe on it though(obviously)...

    FX-1 stator breakdown?

    To eliminate a heat soaking/failing stator, use a digital multimeter and do Ohm resistance test on all the coils on the stato when its cool. Then heat it up(stator) real good with a heat gun/hair blower, then test again, and see if it fails.
