Tygon works great! The fuel line at the tank is actually closer 1/4" but at the carbs and fuel valve it is closer to 3/16 ID. The line fits over the 1/4" barb at the tank real nice and at the carb fittings it is a perfect fit. I use small electrical zip ties just for the heck of it but really...
