I am not associated with gasket technology. The original owner of gasket tech sold that business and one of his relatives started a new company, and that has even changed hands again. That is the reason why the same part numbers are still used(to keep is simple).
Well it sounds like you're on the right track and you have awesome ski! Just keep working, riding and maybe someone will sponsor you enough and you will be able to make it in the near future.

The WaveJammer is Yamahas first PWC. The 500 engine is actually one of their outboard motors layed on its side and then they made and new intake and put a carb on it. You can put a 650 in them easy with the Waverunner LS coupler and bed plates, but the little 130mm pump is what limits them...
Sounds like a leaking needle/seat in that one carb. Take it apart and make sure its popping off at the correct pressure. Listen for leakage when pumping up.

I ran a Jetinetics charging for 8 years with no problems on a basic LTD. 701+ till some hairline cracks formed coming out of the hub area. That eventually led to it being slightly off balance enough to lose spark. I caught it before it grenaded.
I never had to re-tourque, just lock tighted...
