I have an SX-R service manual on my website here. It won't be exact, but will give you a start.

Rebuilding your own carbs is surprisingly easy, however I don't know if the 1996 Kawis had Mikunis or Keihins. Find John Zigler on this board and order two carb rebuild kits and do it yourself. The kits come with a full schematic of the carbs and it's a simple matter of match and replace...
