Cross brace across the ski from side to side and to the bottom. I would also weight the engine and take the engine and vital components out and put lead in it and do a little float testing just to make sure it won't go to the bottom before it gets buttoned up. Mark44

Not of ping pong balls but I have pics of drains. I have voids in my foam on the bottom of my ski to channel any water that may get in there back to the drains and I am sorry to say it works I have got about a cup of water out after a few months of riding and I sealed ever penetration and bond...
