Ya, just take it to your local PPG or Dupont dealer and have them scan the hood paint with their photo spectrometer and get some single stage polyurethane enamel and be done. Ive painted lots of bottom hulls with the cheaper PPG Omni MTK and they always held up.

Sorry but those model of Asics suck for riding. The middle sole area is the synthetic leather stuff(see pics) and it gets slimy and slick, and your foot will slip big time in that area, especially climbing back in the tray. You'll break your OEM teeth off on something... lol Seriously, these...
