im also gonna have one soon a white chinpad off a 2000 when my pole comes in

some progress i cut the nose off and trimmed the firewall and fitted the topdeck were gonna start glassing the nose in this week also fit the one way valve run the pvc for the trim and patch a bunch of holes and fix the corner heres a crappy pic of the topdeck and bottom together

i weighed the topdeck today 23 lbs and my bottom was 57 with some foam left in it and hopefully it will be together this week

im back from vacation so this build will actually see some progress gonna start working on it this week i have all the resin and fiberglass so hopefully by the end of the week ill have one hull instead of two halves

surfjetlouie also makes these nosepieces he puts them on ebay from time to time but pm him if you want one

just picked up some fiber glass today were gonna patchup some holes and build up the nose soon and get the two halves to become one

oem rn hulls are really hard to find and everone wants alot of money for them the cheapest i found was 800 but it was in havasu and it was not complete(no hood pole ect.) the topdeck only weighs about 40-45 lbs and is alot stronger being hand laid glass besides i like the work and expierience...
