is fuel coming out of your return fitting while youre cranking? could be a carb issue. how about an actual pic instead of that kindergarten "art"

lets see some pics. specifically of the fuel lines and tank mod. make sure the pickup tube isnt hitting the bottom of the tank. make sure your fuel goes into the bottom of the carb and out the top into the nipple next to the checkvalve nipple. if you ran the return line to the other pickup...

an sxr with a yami engine would wake it up wuite a bit. theres not much to it other than motor mount placement.

i dont see why not. they want you to use an oem due to the magnet strength/timing. a lightened 62t f/w is still an oem as far as magnet strength goes. id ask Jr. or SUPERTUNE to be sure though.
