just as it says my 1990 superjet cranks slow no matter what battery is in it. i put a fresh battery in it and it still turns over slow. sugestions?

im about to put the engine back into my 90 superjet. i marked all the shims that i took out and am wondering what all i have to do when i put the engine back in as far as alignment is concerned.

nothing custom, so all i have to do is line up the marks and im golden?

my main concern is that i got a new stator and flywheel and that the timing marks are specific to the the original stator and flywheel
