I just had a microdiscetomy (sp) in Oct. I blew out L5-S1 at the Fall LSFR. L4-L5 and L3-L4 are already degenerative to boot. So no riding for a few more months. The doc recommended not at all. But I'll try some mild fresh water and see how it goes. I won't be riding at LSFR in a couple...
