650 SJ with coffmans pipe and a aluminum exhaust with resonator
Which one of these would work out the best for performance/not screwing things up. If it was a B pipe id have this done but this is new to me.

Get with someone on lanier who has built motors before and pay for food and drinks and let them walk you threw it one saturday or sunday. Thats how I learned. It only takes 1 or...
$350 for crank....$140 or so for pistons......$80 for boring......$70 for all gaskets and seals at a max.....
Where are you coming up with $1000? unless your not assembling it yourself.

2second wind up is too much and 155 seems low. People are doing so much with 701 engines...Ratti and marsh doing Double Ts alot...etc. It should be PLENTY enough power for you. It just wasnt setup right or something. That "little more" extra is really ALOT extra. Somehting like $1200 not...
