p You would need to look into the cost of the casting the cost of the machine work materials press dye etc. I think it would leave you in the hole. Mark44

r Easy to replace you just need to make a tool that digs out the old wire in the coil. Takes about 60 seconds for both wires. Mark44

Just tell Terry Cable what you need and they can make it up you need to know dimensions wire rope size end types etc. Mark44

i That will not last long the set screw puts the wire rope in a bind. I would send the cable back to them and have them put a barrel on the end of it for you. Mark44

The slides in my SeaPoo motor are really worn on the edges I guess I should replace them some day. Mark44

It should breath ok how it is. But if you want to open it up more do it to the rear of the hood under the lip that isn't cut open for air just like the side that is cut open. Remember more holes mean more water. Mark44
