heat gun and chisel and go slow. I did one slowly and carefully because I couldn't damage the paint on the hood. It worked fine and the paint didn't get damaged. The next one I did was rushed and I put a few dings in the hood. It should take you at least 3 beers, maybe more.

You have no idea how much misery I was in from the sanding I did two nights ago just before I painted. I had fiberglass all over me well into the next day, which was two showers later.

That's why you go to the outside break. In the summer, you're lucky to get one, but from what I've seen so far this fall/winter, the windswell is usually enough to give you an outside break. The wind just makes it harder to get a clean and comfortable setup.
