    frt exhaust conformation

You can only go so far up before the hull before too small. Find the point right before "too small" and leave a little extra so its not insanely weak. Heres a pic of mine, and its hitting a justa tad. I blame it on Adrian for putting the water box in wrong when marking...haha Mine is a Kawi...

    frt exhaust conformation

put hole up as far as possible to keep it from hittign the box. Pipe a chambers are abitch until you get use to it. I can tear down a SJ exhaust from manifold to rear in no time. Check, double check, and check again

    front exhaust questions?

Why not just use a T and run to the rear exhaust too? That way you can keep the freestyle gains of front but keep it slightly quieter

need some info on a Jr. Magoo's motor

Porting LOWERS compression. When the exhuast port is raised that leaves more time and port for air to leave the cylinder before compression starts. So now you need to actually get smaller domes to make up for the compression you just lost.

Testing compression, not a guage question...

I understand that. By the way a pipe works, as in forcing fresh air back into the cylinder via exhaust port, wouldnt that give it a bit more compression? Maybe not enough to count but im just talking now

Testing compression, not a guage question...

I would think yes but then again thats me. If the pipe acts as a forced induction component it should put more ait in the cylinder before the exhaust closes. Thats my idea but not sure how well that works in a "turning over" situation

    High compression and race gas

Everyone opinion can vary. I had the thought too but after talking with Paul I decided not too. He advised on my setup(bolt ons with porting) that I not worry with it. Keeps it a bit more reliable, and safe the way I suck up water as much as I do. He didnt say it but I kind of assumed from the...
