why not bore it to next size up prob .25 , jetting should not matter and u will not loose bottom end, porting wont be messed up, But u need to find the cause of rear deto.

if it puffs that's probably cause no compression in that cylinder, go buy a comp gauge

short the temp sensor for ig advance on 04+sxr, mill the bozzle to 80mm, and get factory pipe ( u wont regret it)

what do u mean, u might have to use the stock bilge tube for the duel cooling or run a new line, u have to tap the pump for second line, and tap the exhaust manifold for the second input.
