i dont know if changing the popoff will fix the problem your describing but, i can assure you the ski will run better, much better if you get the popoff adjusted correctly. its amazing how much two identical springs can be off.

roundman has just put a 9/17 hooker in his ski. did it ever come to life!!!!!! it went from a borderline turd to a pretty damn stout boat. 785 jetworks { race setup } dry pipe and total loss. this boat will hop skip and jump with the best of them now.

if i had as much money in this ski as chic does, i would be pissy too. ive seen this ski twice, both times it wouldnt half ass run at best and the gelcoat was hideous. somebody should have stood behind that poor excuse for a competition ski

i dont know exactley what your compression is supposed to be but 115 sounds aweful low to me.

you could fill your ski with enough water on the trailer and see where it runs out at.
