I tried the nike wake board shoes... they were by far the most comfy shoes I ever wore on my ski... and super light... however, they had no traction and I kept sliding out of my footholds... I gave them to a couch riding friend.

I have the sticker and bracket at my house - I will test my lightened OEM flywheel (MSD enhancer) setup to see how it comes out... as soon as I return from Cali in two weeks. I'm curious how it does against both stock and the MSD flywheel. MADMAT, I think Brian was going to make up more...

Good deal... I may have to order up a pair then. I miss having good cushy boots... Nightrider, what size shoes do you wear? I see you ordered size L in the Slippery boots. Last time I had the Slippery boots I had to send back the L for an XL - I only have a size 10.5 foot.

I used to run the Slippery Comp boots. While they were quite comfy, the soles quickly delaminated from the boot itself (within a few rides). it would start at the outside edges and pull apart, then pull the heel off. i changed to wrestling shoes which last much longer... but are not nearly...

I used a Bell Bellistic for a few years before going with a 661. My next helmet might be a lacross helmet. Even with the full face helmet I've taken a nasty handlebr shot to the face, chipped the bone just above my eye socket and got a really nasty black eye. I'd rather have a full cage in front.

Yup. I was really surpised at how much more comfortable my new bars are. 1. wider bars helped with my overall body position and took some of the pressure off my shoulders. Now when I ride my buddies ski with std straight bars I feel crampt. The wider bars help with my leverage in rolls too...

I'm running UMI bars for a Seadoo XP... they are 2" riser and 30" wide.. frigging awesome! got them from ebay
