    The 4-5 million 50 x 100 foot lots are along the beach front. Most of the 100k lots are residential lots that you can build 1 house on that are about 20 miles or so from the ocean.

    You guys have year round sun for 100 k an acre and here if you find some of the cheapest areas it's 100 k and we get cold rain most of the winter months with some snow mixed in here and there. 40 degree water temps!!!! Jersey sucks but it's my home

    We have a lot of people sell here and buy in Florida. I would much rather be in Florida then here. I could be on the ski if I was:) $1000 an acre? Wow. It's amazing how much prices very.

    Sweet. There are places where I work that 5000 square feet of land is 4-5 million dollars. Imagine if you had 80 acres here.

    I don't even know where Missouri is. J/K I would love to buy it but I am going to stick to an area I know about. I know values here and some of the people who make important decisions about what you can build etc.
