My riding partner runs a 92 750sx. In the bottom of his hull today I noticed a sandy, oily, greasy, substance that was coating the bottom of the bilge. Is the case drain plug leaking crap into the hull? What is it and what fixes it? I thank you all.

I ordered Crockett's wetpipe and a flow control valve to go with it. The chamber arrived with a 175 main jet in the stinger to restrict flow. Do I add the fcv with the jet? Do I forget the fcv and run the stinger as is? Do I pull the jet and add the fcv? Thanks.
