Super Jet Sealing brand new cases

Make sure both sealing surfaces are completely clean using brake cleaner or contact cleaner. Also make sure the sealing surfaces for the crank seals are completely clean also. Put a thin layer of Threebond 1211 on both sealing surfaces leaving the crank seal sealing area clean and dry. USE OEM...

    Super Jet Crank Rebuilding Options?

Munki63, what does your crank need? Does it need 2 new rods and all the bearings? Or is there some parts on your crank that are still good?

Super Jet Speedwerx Dry pipe on 62T 760?

You will have to drill out the bolt holes for 10mm bolts. The cooling passages should line up good enough but you will probably have to do some grinding to get the exhaust passage to match up. We never made a exhaust manifold for the 62T cylinder. As far as RPM goes, our superstock engines made...

    Super Jet Speedwerx domes

We still have some domes in stock. What is your current engine set-up? (Piston size and are you running flat tops or OEM Yamaha pistons)

    2010 World Finals freestyle thread!

The Polaris engine is better designed for performance than the Yamaha 62T platform. A Polaris engine set-up and tuned right will beat any Yamaha 62T engine of the same displacement hands down.

    Blaster Riva Catalog OLD one

Hey Pat, I'm guessing you are looking for information on the pipe you just bought off jetmaniac. I have a 2000 Riva catalog and it doesn't show the cast pipe like he posted pictures of. It just has the one Factory pipe built that twists around the front of the engine.

ordered my factory b pipe from factory pipe today

The limited chamber for the 1996 and newer Superjet's is more expensive because it needs an extra silicone hose the goes from the stinger to the inlet on the waterbox. With the mod chamber, you can use the stock hose.

    Kommander Industries BOB Build Thread....

We've been running Frogz Skin vents in the snowmobile industry for a couple years. They are even used by Arctic Cat on their race sled air box. It is very similar to Outerwears pre-filter material but with an adhesive backing. They work very well at repelling snow and water. But they will let...

Octane Octane Crank is it tapered on end

The Octane PTO end is threaded and isn't tapered like the snowmobile cranks are for the primary clutch. Depending on which Polaris snowmobile engine you are trying to use, you might be able to replace the PTO end with an Octane PTO end and use the Octane coupler.

Where did all the 66e conversions go?

There is a difference in the port timing between the 66V (GP1200R) and the 66E (GP800) cylinders. The exhaust port on the 66E cylinder is almost 2mm higher than the 66V cylinder. There is some stuff in the works for running the GP800 but it is going to take a little time.

    Project RiverRat II

Chucky uses a smaller stinger with his engine packages. This isn't a modification just anyone should do. It is designed to work with the way he sets up his engines. You need to figure in your compression ratio/dome design, ignition timing, fuel your running and the type of riding you do when...

    speedworks head

We still have all the o-rings available for our head kit. I don't have all the pieces left for our girdle kit though. You should be able to use a ADA gridle kit without any problems. As far as domes are concerned, they are the same as Pro-Design, Wamiltons and Blowsions. We still have a lot of...

    Ada Billet Cylinder?

The cylinder that was at Wamilton's booth was the new ADA billet cylinder. I'm curious to see how people say it runs. I was suprised to see how mismatched the ports were and how small the exhaust port looked and how small the transfer volume was. This is all stuff the can be fixed by the engine...

    gp800 66e motor???

If you install cast iron sleeves into it, you wouldn't need to plate it anymore. It would be just like a 61X cylinder and if you can find oversized pistons, you can just bore and hone it. But by installing cast iron sleeves, you loose the heat transfer advantage that you had with the plating and...
