An 1 7/8 ball will tow a 2 inch trailer, its just a little sloppy lol. Ive done it for local trailering but wouldnt recommend it. it locked on good too, I couldnt separate them.

I would still recommend the tri ball hitch. I would get the forged steel one though, not sure if I would trust the harbor freight one. It has all 3 sizes and it takes no tools or anything to change to the size you need. Ive used mine without fail on everything from a small cement mixer to 40'...

I have one of the triple ball hitches and love it. That way you know you always have the right size ball.

if you put the outlet on the side of the dash and angle it up and over the gunwhale, very little gets in the tray. It just shoots over the gunwhale.

Where is your bilge mounted? That doesnt make much sense if your bilge is mounted under the coupler and your outlet is on the dash.

an ebox washer will fix that hose up in a second.
