    650x2 750ss carb swap?

Well the nice thing about it is you have known jetting specs that will work on a stock engine.

    Cracked jug that needs welding

An ancient Lincoln 300/300 AC DC stick and tig welder with a watercooled torch, I haven't done anymore with it that try to strike an arc , I will have to go through the whole system and make sure the gas and water solenoid valves are working, replace the water hoses and I have to get a tank...

    the trivial complaints thread

No nothing like that yet but trust me I will explore options before they cut on me again, on the Hernia there really were no other options.

    Stock SJ prop option

Will it work as good as a hooker, no, will it work for a stock SN, yes, not sure how much of a detailed answer you needed here.

    the trivial complaints thread

So I have been having sciatica pain on and off for a year now, they tried cortisone injections and several meds I couldn't take , so finally I got a referral to physical therapy and a bunch of X-rays done. Degenerative discs in my back and very little movement in my left hip which my back...

False advertising it's fast flow and no flow because your carb filterS are stopped up with fuel line debris. Those lines were originally developed for racing go carts which have very little fuel line footage as compared to a PWC.

    Cracked jug that needs welding

Straight off the parts shelf actually , I tried planting a few but nothing came up. This is Alabama anything not covered in wheel bearing grease will rust in about five minutes here, any way the cylinder is done, I ran a tap through all the bolt holes and scuffed off the gasket surfaces, it...

Well personally I ride skis several times a week , my guess is the rest of you ride mountain bikes or roller skates, I won't be getting upside down, I did once on of all things a 550, when it landed the handlepole cracked into two pieces and it busted the nose on the ski, all in all not a fun...

    Other Fuel line options

I have used the Motion pro stuff before also, It did work well but as you stated it is very pricey., when you are blowing through a 25 ft roll about once or twice a week price does matter , if you are just using it on your own personal ski price doesn't matter as much because you are only doing...

    Other Fuel line options

Damn what's going on in this thread , use whatever you like but I am going to put this line through the ringer and see how it hold up. I will be doing a submersion test on a section of this hose and see what happens to it over a period of time submerged in gasoline.

    WaveVenture 1100 help

I have replaced a few CDI boxes on those over the years, the way they are mounted to the engine they are subject to a lot of heat and vibration, I see you have checked all the simple stuff first, spark plugs, plug boots-wires. , you may have to get an inline spark checker and check it in the...

    Other Fuel line options

I see a lot of posts about fuel line on here, I mostly use Dayco or Gates 1/4" line on the Seadoos I work on, and it works on some Kawasakis as well, I used to buy it in 250 ft rolls I used so much of it but that has calmed down in recent years. Most standups and Yamaha's use 3/16 fuel line, I...

    Wifeys SN Superjet custom paint

Yeah I was thing Saran wrap but wasn't sure, also it depends on the kind of paint used , what I spray which is single stage polyurethane you can't do that with, it is pretty much self-leveling , I tried to put texture into a boat dash I sprayed with it one time, it smoothed right back out, no...

    ‘91 Superjet 6m6 to 62T/61x swap

Troy boy over on PWC posted this this morning, you would need an intake (unless that is a 44 carb intake you have there) (I can't tell from the pics ) and you would have to rebuild those carbs but it is an option...

    650x2 750ss carb swap?

Well yes it will run on the trailer but the jetting is going to be way off, which you will quickly find out once you put it in the water , if you change out the jets it would work. Looks like a 150 main jet and an 82 pilot jet , the stock 750 carb has a 160 main jet and a 78 pilot, so it will...
