Yes, from the last time I did go to the doctor with the same type of wound.

I put peroxide on it when I first got home. But I was told no more because it would actually eat up the tissue. I clean it twice a day with antibacteria soap and warm water and keep it bandaged.

The plate is an extended rideplate that is cut into a D plate which makes it almost like 2 spikes sticking out the back! Shinguards is a most before I ride again. This would be my 2 pucture wound on my shin in last 3 years. First one was from falling on some banicals. Double ouch!

No stiches, I didnt go to the doctor. Even if I did there isnt anything to stich cause its just a hole....ouch. Just thinking about it makes it hurt more!
