I still say go with the water proof amp, and water proof speakers. Then just put your non waterproof MP3 player in the Dry bag you got from joining the AWA;)

Headphones on a ski is just a bad idea all the way arround. The Full wave speakers and amp are completly water proof, and sound awsome. Just hook up an Ipod and your good to go.
You'll Be alot better off checkin out http://www.fullwaveaudio.com/ Their systems are the trickest things. Bar none, the best way to put music on your ski. I'm not sure if anyone's put one in a SJ yet....But someone gotta do it. Nothin like blastin your tunes to a barrel roll. Give Todd a call...
