I'm not sure it is this flywheel, the holes are not round like the jetinetics and there are 8 phillips head screws on the engine side of the flywheel as opposed to 4 on the jetinetics you posted. It could be an older, different jetinetics...I'll know more when I get my eyes on it friday. Trying...

It doesn’t seem to have the same hole pattern as RAD and definitely not the current Jetinetics, unless they’ve changed over the years. The Rad holes are circles and these seem oblong. Maybe @MTRHEAD recognizes it. He seems to have an eye for all the parts I don’t recognize haha.
