    shipping from canada

I agree. I always use USPS Global Priority Mail for all international orders when I ship stuff. I also mark the package as a "gift" so then the reciever doesn't have to pay any brokerage fees. I suggest that if anyone in the US is buying parts from anywhere international, they ask the shipper...

Hey 'Saki... wanna go for a lame trail ride?

That is why they say "There is no place like home..." I miss the Mountaineer Pride of the mountain state. Hatfield/McCoy is some of the nicest trails I have ever been on.

    How to adapt a SBN 44 to a stock 38? 650sx Manifold?

I do not believe it will work. I have had 650's for years and I am pretty sure the bolt spacing of the 44 SBN will be too wide for a Kawie 650 38 manifold. Definetly too wide for a 28mm Keihin manifold! You do have several options though. 1) If the 650 SX has the old rinky dink 28mm...

    Sparkplugg wire ???

If you look in the pic on this auction, there is a connector that you can use to connect two pieces of spark plug wire together. http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&_trkparms=tab%3DWatching&viewitem=&item=180229715394&_trksid=p3907.m32 I believe NGK sells them and...

    just curious.

I jumped on my buddy's ski the other day and his 0 degree gave me arm pump. When I had my stand up, I used 4 degree UMI extended bars. They felt right. 0's felt unnatural as posted before.

    yup.... it finally happened

I remember a Crusty Demons of Dirt video once where they mounted the camera on the bike looking back into Seth Enslow's eyes. It was a really cool shot. Through the segment, his eyes were focused teh whole time yet the back ground was always changing. Now someone find it on YouTube!

So who is good at carbon fiber work?

Yeah I did. If I mount all the electrics on a flat plate, I will most likely use an MSD selonoid. I don't think the OEM Kawie one will mount as easily to a flat plate. They have those nylon washers and rubber grommets to insulate them from the e box.

The Official McMaster Carr Part Number List

The Jet Works fuel line restrictor I have has a plactic release instead of the stainless steel one like Dustin posted. I would rather have the stainless release. It might have been that there wasn't any lube on mine but I was scared to death to take it apart the first time I disconnected the...

So who is good at carbon fiber work?

Yeah I always meant to ask you about what those things were on the front of your gas tank. I think for the mean time I will mount all the SXR 800 electrics onto a flat piece of aluminumk say 1/8" thick and mount it where the stock ebox and fuel line holders. I still want a carbon box...

So who is good at carbon fiber work?

I paid too much to dremel the cases myself and I am not tearing it apart yet. Everyone that says you can do themselves doesn't like to have things the same quality as I do. I had Group K do a 750 engine years back for 650 electrics and it was perfect. I didn't send the stator with the cases...

So who is good at carbon fiber work?

I hear ya Shawn, it won't be done before P cola though... I have all summer to ride, I want it done right. Genius cannot be rushed! I will be making it out of fiberglass with just a layer of carbon. There will be a plate inside for the eklectrics mounted to. There will be another glassed...
